The new generation of SY550H China IV machine is comprehensively upgraded around "new power", "new shape" and "new technology", with strong power and humanized control to meet a variety of operation needs. Equipped with a well-known brand fully electronically controlled main valve and main pump, the main pump displacement is upgraded from 212cc to 240cc, and the main valve core with 36 large bore is adopted, which reduces the pressure loss of the system, improves the efficiency and lowers the fuel consumption. It is equipped with a customized imported engine with a rated power of 310kW, sufficient torque reserve and stable output in the effective working range, helping customers solve the problems under heavy-duty conditions.
Using DOC+DPF+SCR post-treatment technology, urea pipeline adopts electric heating, which reduces fuel consumption, cleans emissions, and is more environmentally friendly, bringing real benefits to customers. It is equipped with a 3.2m³ large bucket as standard and a 3.5m³ oversized bucket, which is suitable for the harsh working environment of the mine and the loading of gravel and granite, and the structure of the wear-resistant blade plate ensures a longer service life.
